IBM unsuck

In a previous entry, I conveyed that I thought IBM sucks. For fairness, I gotta set this straight:

In my case, the problem is more with the vendor, Pathworks. They should have warned me of the warranty problems, and they should now offer to handle the issue with IBM directly.

IBM has, in the meanwhile, tried to be helpful, but they did not budge a centimetre; their systems still limit their business processes.

I will now contact the vendor and ask them to settle the issue without me in between.
