In my mailbox this morning I found a letter from my provider, Cablecom. No advertisements, no annoying crap, just a note that reads:
Thanks to our highly scalable cable network, we can upgrade your connection from 600/100 to 3000/300 in June without charging you any more.
That’s good news, and it’s a light at the end of the tunnel to witness companies who don’t make you feel like signing a contract is the same as signing your own death warrant.
NP: following Ross’ passive advice.
