Cheese and alcohol at Debconf

It's tradition by now that participants of Debconf bring cheese and alcohol from their respective parts of the worlds for others to taste at a "cheese" or "alcohol-tasting party". Last year, the logistics just didn't work out, but this year I could make it happen.

Which raises the question: which of the hundreds of cheeses this country produces should I bring? And can I be assured that people from outside Switzerland don't bring Swiss cheese?
