Hi,
I am using a Linksys SPA941 which is a SIP capable hardphone (this not a wireless one). I do not know anything usable with proper wireless capabilities.
I would need 802.1X/WPA2/PEAP at least, but we are far from that. I think the best option is to buy an old school wireless phone and use an ATA to convert between ethernet and POTS.
I do not if you are familiar with http://voip-info.org but it is a good starting point for VoIP resources.
HTH.

I used the Hitachi SIP wifi phone, it’s terrible. The linksys WIP300 does at least WPA2 but not much advanced SIP stuff. For wired hardphones we have great experience with SNOM phones. Tried out the E70, terrible phone as well. I’d go for a DECT phone with built-in SIP or SIP analogue adapter. Better battery.
