I have seen Explosions in the Sky in Hamburg and I can definitely recommend their shows. They only played ~75 minutes but it was great anyway. I’d go see them again any day.
So I was at the Explosions ATP this weekend, at which Mono were playing. They were both fantastic; Mono were as electrifying live as I remembered. I picked up Palmless Prayer / Mass Murder Refrain, Mono’s collaboration with world’s end girlfriend (who also played at ATP, and were also great), and it’s beautiful. I should throw it your way at some point.
You won’t be disappointed by the Explosions show.
